Getting out of a cort date for MIP?

My sister was recently convicted of an MIP while at a party. I was with her and was able to drive her home since I blew a 0. I would really like it if my parents didn't find out about this so I was wondering if there was anyway to avoid having to have her go to juvie cort since she is only 16. Can someone please help
