just because he has a hole in his heart & a weak lung, it does not give him the excuse to flirt with your mother when you keep telling him to stop. you won't tell his mother so you don't shame him? he is looking through your mom's panties & bras for crying out loud! you should talk to your mom about it, talk to him about it again, & if this doesn't stop, you probably should tell his parents or something.
