People of Politics: If you work in retail, don't you hate when customers stay past store's closing?

I think that when you work retail and the stores closes at a certain hour, it only means that no more customers can come in after that time. However, the ones already in can finish their business and leave when done. I think if you have the correct mind set and are attentive to your customers, you know that this will make you work later and you just accept that as part of the job. Your job is not from 8 to 6 for example but a little before 8 - if you are a good employee - to when the last customer has gone and you are ready to lock up the store.
