Father son moment at wedding?

Our wedding is coming up and my FH respects his father very much since he raised him and his bro. all alone and he is not very close to his step mom. does anyone have an idea where we acan skip the mother son dance and do something having to do with my FH and his dad that he respect so much?? help!!?!?!
