We've had 2 Yorkie puppies die. What could be the reason?

the first one could have been hypoglycemic, if it gets too far without treatment the puppies can die. not sure about the second one you just have to be careful when you have dogs so small you have to make sure that they eat and drink and if you notice something's not right take them to a vet.
