Is a 3.0 good enough for UCF? (Central Florida)?

I have a 3.0 but I also have extra actives. Track,Key Club and I did some volunteering over the summer over 100 hours. I'm retaking the ACT and I'm taking the SAT this Saturday. My essays are bomb. Most people from my school tend to go to UCF if that helps,which I proably doubt.
