My daughter's mother is inconsiderate and may be neglecting my daughter?

If you want her looked at right away you can take her to the emergency room and tell them that you are the father and you are afraid the baby has been abused and/or neglected. They will evaluate her and call the proper authorities if she is and the mom will not be able to see the baby until a court date.
