Looking for a Canadian seamstress who can do my wedding gown for me in this style:?

I am interested in having my wedding gown made by this business in the UK: a href="http://www.uptight-clothing.co.uk/" rel="nofollow"http://www.uptight-clothing.co.uk//a but as I will most likely be unable to afford the $5500 CAD dress nor the costs of flying out to the UK three times for fittings, I would like to find somewhere in Canada that I can have the same kind of work done. The closer to Winnipeg the better, but I'm willing to travel within the country. The total cost of going with this UK business would probably be in the 10-12 grand range, which is not possible under my budget of 5 grand or less. Ideas anyone?
