Guild Wars, Buying Tormented Command Shield?

Im currently playing Guild Wars Nightfall...and only have that... I currently have a perfect Tormented Motivation Shield, however it kind of unmatched my build and I am trying to buy Tormented Command Shield. I don't have money, but looking for someone who can trade the Command Shield with the Motivation I have. The Command shield doesn't have to be perfect, I'll accept if its inscriptible or is inscripted with a perfect "Luck of Draw".
