Pimples after using dog flea shampoo?

More than 2 months ago i washed my dog with flea shampoo, and ever since I have noticed 3 or 4 pimples near my chin that have never gone away. I remember using gloves, but i must of carelessly gotten some spilled on my face. Any suggestion on how i can get rid of these "pimples" or whatever they are?
