Anxiety and depression together?

Hey i understand how you feel I'm the same, you might need medication but if your not able to work or do anything you could get a disability card that like lets you see the doctor without having to pay also, i don't know about the medicine, i know its expensive though! I say maybe watch a good comedy just relax a bit and see how you feel but still go to talk to someone!
