Do Ashkenazi Jews have European blood?

Ashkenazi Jews form an extremely broad group. Most likely you either came from Eastern Europe (Georgia, Lithuania) or Central Europe such as Germany or Poland. There are many "lost tribes" of Israel. Supposedly, many West Africans too are the lost tribes of Israel.
