Help wit travels to the USA.?

Hi i traveled to the usa last February to surprise a friend for her bday her mum was ill from cancer her life was falling apart so i though it would have been nice.. I knew what street she lived on and so i though everything would be ok when i got to the immigration desk i just told them i was just going on holiday nothing about my friend which was stupid at the time i just though it would make it worse then they found out and i got denied entry on the visa waiver form... They said i was not band just had to go through the emby to do it. So my friend wants me to go visit now that she knows lol and ofc i will have her whole address a phone number ect so what steps do i need to take now what visa to apply for B-2 visa? Any help is much appreciated ty. i am from the Uk born and raised british citizen who goes college here i have a job as an apprentice electrician so im not gonna try to stay out there or anything lol..
