I am 35 years old. 6'2" tall and 215 lbs. My reach is 74". I can bench 225 lbs. 15 times. I max out at 305lbs. Would you agree that if I was shorter with shorter arms that I could bench more? This is to settle a debate with a friend of mine of the same age that is 5'9" 200 lbs. and benches 385lbs. The workouts we do are the same. I am trying to tell him that people with longer arms can't bench as much as little stubby people like hisself.
