Who knows if Com cast allows you to buy high def cable boxes from best buy instead of calling them to have?

Someone come out and take out your old boxes and replace them with hd boxes. And if so how much do those hd boxes cost at best buy,I live in Chicago and the nearest best buy to me is in Ford City(Burbank)
