Do you think i have a chance at making Boston University, Drexel, George Washington, or Georgetown?

I have a 3.3 gpa at the moment and i'm at the beginning of my junior year at a private school. I scored a 2080 on my sat and received a 770 on my sat 2 biology. I took 2 AP cles so far and 3 honors courses in these 2 years. I know i can improve my gpa in these next two years and I'm planning on trying to get into med school.
