I think MC Juice is a better emcee in regards to making an album. I think he does have a flawless type of flow, his cds are better, Supernatural's S.P.I.T. is horrible from beginning to end. Picky Eater Trying New Things?

I have a 5 yr old little girl, who is very set in her ways. She'll only eat Chicken Ramen, Spagettios, and Ravioli (from a can). Just go to an eye doctor, they'll give you the kind you actually need, if you do need them. but if the board is blurry, then you probably need them. dollar store ones are usually reading gles, and they'll probably just mess up your vision in the longrun. there's a reason they're so cheap. and the reason your friend's gles are blurry for other people and not you is because everyone's prescription is different. your prescription is probably close to your friend's. basically, i'd reccomend you see an eye doctor.

I am interested in applying to an applied human nutrition program and becoming a dietitian. I have one suggestion before you actually start writing the book, though. Make sure you write chapter synopsis'. It will help you so much, when actually writing the book. Sprained ankle- what exercises can i do without putting weight on it?

So i'm a high school rower, and during a run yesterday i took a bad step and kind of twisted my ankle. it's nothing serious but it looks like i won't be able to put much weight on it for a few days. anyway, i still have practice, and my coach wants me to do exercises that don't involve me standing on it. i'm thinking circuit-type stuff, strength exercises...sit-ups, push-ups, etc. does anyone have any other ideas for exercises i can do without standing on my foot? thanks.

Do I Have a Legitimate Case Against the Police?

This is a long story so please bear with me. I'm a male in my late 20's from East Orange NJ. March 20th, around between 9:30 to 10am I was driving my coworker home from our work. She lives in a apartment building. she was suppose to pay me on Friday, being that I brought her in and taken her home all week. Her money was in her car that died, and was located in the parking deck area. She told me to drive in and park by her car so she can get her money and pay me. I proceeded to drive into the parking deck. I drove in, and parked next to her car. As soon as I parked, I seen flashes of light. EOPD cruisers , unmarked cars, and even suv's rolled into the parking deck. I figured, hmmm maybe their doing a sweep of area. Well they all parked behind my car. The police car closest to me, an officer jumped out with his gun pointed at me and told me to get out of the car. I opened my door, and exited the vehicle. I said whats the problem, I just got off work and I'm dropping off my coworker. At this point several officers had guns aimed at me. Officer said shut up, and lay face down, which i did. While i was face down on the ground I was searched. I was pulled up, then tossed up against my car and searched again. I asked whats the problem, I was calm the whole time. Police officers will not tell me why they are doing this to me. I was thrown into the back seat of a police car, and stayed there for about 40 mins. During that time, officers asked my female coworker questions, they searched my vehicle, took pictures of my vehicle inside and out. Talking on the walkie talkie to someone that to me was at the station. Finally a officer open the door and took me out. He said "Do you know whats going on here?" I said no. Officer told me that a attempted abduction and a happened between 6am and 7 something am, that the perp used a vehicle identical to mine, and that I wasi n a location where the happened my car fit the description and they pulled me over. So I thought ok, I guess they were doing their job and said fine. One officer smirked and said I"ll be getting pulled over some more. This was a tramatic experience. That Friday night and Saturday night, EOPD gave information to the press to air on the local news stations. On the 10 and 11pm news they state the abduction and in East Orange, and stated the locations of the incidents, and said the perp is slim african american, and he was driving this car, now they showed a picture of a cadillac sedan deville body style from 1994-99, if you car people know its the big boxy sedan deville with 4 doors. They showed the car on the news in black with black cloth top, with the cadillac factory rims, which is the same exact car I drive, which is a black 1995 cadillac sedan deville. Now I knew I would be a suspect to people. I still had no choice but to drive my car to and from work, which means I have to drive through East Orange. From monday through Thursday, I was pulled over 2 more times, and harred, even though the description of the perp states hes dark. I had civilians curse at me , throw things at my car when I';m at red lights, and on a night driving to work, I had a pedestrian that tried to from my point of view run me off the road. Now on Thrusday 6 days after the crimes, EOPD have the Star Ledger place a sketch of the subject, BUT!!! also they gave another description of the cadillac. For all those people who knows cars, as I stated before, I have a 1995 black sedan deville, which on friday and saturday March 20,21, EOPD have local news air the story and they showed a black cadillac body style 94-99 which is identical to mine, cloth top black and silver cadillac rims. as the vehicle the perp was using. On the March 26th edition of the Star Ledger the article under the sketch of the subject states, that the subject used a cadillac deville, 2001-2005 model, black, gray interior, GOLD rims, with a tv screen. As you know a 2001-2005 deville body style, looks nothing like a 95 cadillac deville, which eopd first advertised on the news and in starledger as the vehicle the perp was using. So now i was held with gun bin my face, thrown up against my car and finally told what was going on after they took my out of a police car after 40mins, also dealing with angry citizens who took the information of a 94-99 body deville, and when they seen me atpped at red lights, took it upon themselves to either call police or throw stuff at me, and EOPD had the wrong description of the car in the first place. I was paranoid as to whether a citizen would attack me while i was at a red light, get stopped at gunpoint again even though the perp was descriped as dark. Do I HAVE A CASE TO SUE, SINCE EOPD SCREWED UP THE DESCRIPTION OF THE CADILLAC WHEN THEY FIRST WENT PUBLIC WITH THE INFO ON MARCH 20TH? Pain and suffering due to stress and anxiety from local east orange residents, from officers who pull me over at gun point? LEt me know.

All of a sudden tv display too bright?

A couple days ago I switched my av cables out to play my xbox and then back again to the tv, and the display was really bright! I tried lowering the brightness but it didn't help? It's like the color white shows up weird on the tv, I can't even watch cartoon shows because everything blends into a bright white mush! My tv is a 32" Olevia LCD flatscreen. Can anyone help?

I smoked a super small amount of marijuana about 2 weeks ago(not even enough to get me high), and i just found out i need to take a drug test day after tomorrow. any ways to increase my chances of ping it? i have taken 6 azo cranberry pills, drank tons of water, and im now chugging cranberry juice and green tea. im kinda worried that it may be too soon to take it. any suggestions? tonight and tomorrow night i will be working out a shitload, and tommorow morning im going to take some creatine, and probably drink another gallon or so of water. i know there are no sure fire ways to p, but i really need some suggestions on what to do on the day of or the day before to increase the chance of ping it. please help.

Now the doctor prescribed me 300mg of wellbutrin because i was still depressed and unmotivated, also Geodon 40 mg, depakote 1000mg, klonopin for my anxiety and ambien for imsonia,...im a little hesitant and quite a bit scared because ive never taken so many pills. id rather treat it with psychotherapy.

Cheese sauce recipe for multiple dishes?

Melt a spoonful of er over a low heat. Add a spoonful of flour and mix until it goes into a little ball. Take off the heat and GRADUALLY add about 1/4 pint of milk. By gradually, I mean a small splash of milk, then stir until the ball of flour has absorbed the milk. Add another splash and mix again. The mix becomes stickier and thinner until it is like plain milk. If you add the milk too quickly, or don't stir well enough, the mix will go lumpy. Once all the milk is mixed in, put back on the heat and stir until it comes to the boil and thickens slightly. Turn off the heat and add cheese to taste.

I moved into a townhome at the beginning of August and before I even started unpacking my belongings I noticed a bed bug crawling around in my bathroom. The next day I immediately went to the leasing office and told them about it. They told me they never had any complaints of bedbugs before in that particular townhome so I suggested that it could have come from my neighbors since their bedroom is right next to my bathroom. I told them I have never had bed bugs before and I hadn't even started unpacking my things so it wasn't from me! They told me they would have the exterminator come out that Wednesday to spray. A couple weeks went on and I noticed ANOTHER bedbug in my bathroom! I went back to the office and told them about it and told them that it HAD to be coming from the neighbors. I asked her if they could please check their home out to see if that was infact where they were coming from so they could spray! She said they are not legally allowed to do that and the only way they can spray for bugs in their home is if they come and report it to the office! I told her that this would be the last time I was going to deal with it seeing as how I was 9 months pregnant at the time. I had to bag all of our belongings up literally right after I had JUST unpacked everything! A month went on and I didn't see anything so I umed that everything was ok...right? WRONG! Lastnight I was sitting on my bed and saw a bedbug on the wall that's right up against the neighbor's second bedroom!!! I immediately started bagging everything up and checked my mattress/boxspring and didn't see anything there. The next morning (today) I went to the bathroom and what do ya know! Another bedbug crawling on the bathroom floor. So today I went to the leasing office yet again to complain about the bedbugs and she said the neighbors finally reported to the office that they had a severe case of bedbugs and that they had already been sprayed twice! I told the lady that I wanted to transfer to a new townhome and she said I would have to talk to the manager about it and to come back in an hour. I went back and waited 30 minutes only to find out that the manager was too 'busy' and that she wasn't talking to any of the residences until next week! REALLY??? I have a two year old and a 7 week old and I DO NOT want bedbugs getting into any of their belongings. I have vaced,bagged everything up,scrubbed the bathroom floors,walls,sink,tub EVERYTHING! I am doing everything possible until the exterminator can come out Wednesday. It has been a nightmare living at this place! Not only am I having an issue with the bedbugs from my neighbors i'm also having issues with them partying all hours of the night,playin loud music,busting their window,and trashing their place/porch! I've complained 5 times and called the police twice but NOTHING is being done. The lady at the office said it's a personal issue between the two of us and that we would have to solve it on our own? Really? What are my rights? Can I legally break the lease seeing as how the manager won't talk to me and keeps avoiding me? PLEASE help!

Cat peeing on everything!?

I found a 1 yr old orange tabby male, Otis, in 2004. He has been the best cat ever. I bought a pal for him in 2005, an 8 week old female tuxedo kitten, Sydney. They have been great, playing, grooming each other, curled up sleeping together. Then I found a 1 yr old brown tabby female, Dixie, in 2006. She was such a sweet cat to me and my family it & was so cold so I had her checked out by the vet and I brought her in. I introduced them as the vet recommended. She attacks Sydney and hisses and bats at Otis (still does 3 years later, it has not calmed down). She has made Sydney hide most of the time and now Sydney doesn't even want anything to do with Otis. She growls at him now and they used to be best buds. Dixie has also peed in my daughter's bed, on my kid's toys, and in my dining room. It doesn't seem to matter what I do with food, litter, etc., she finds a new place to pee. I recently found another kitten, a gray tabby female, 4 months old, Cie, who Otis and Sydney don't seem to mind but of course, Dixie attacks. It will break my heart but is it time to re-home Dixie & recommend her to a one animal home? I've tried to put up with her as long as I can for nearly 3 years but we have had to rip up all of our carpet and replace with wood flooring she has peed on it so much and it's not safe and she seems to be the only one with a problem. All my cats are healthy, neutered or spayed, declawed, vet checked and indoors. I love her, she is a sweet animal to people, she just hates other animals and pees on everything. Will Sydney ever go back to her old self if Dixie's gone? Is there anything else I should try before giving her up? Thanks!

I've tried just about everything and they still come out rubbery, even if you just quickly heat them up or even place them in cold in a heated up sauce. Eclipse AVN62D is ESN Locked?

My dad purchased an Eclipse AVN62D back in 2008 and used it for an install for about 6 months. After a while he took it out and switched to a Pioneer set up. I found the unit in a box in the garage about 2 weeks ago and I was preparing to use it for a set up I am working on right now. The only problem is when I hooked everything up the damn thing was ESN locked. If the rms rating of the amp is 1000 watts which i ume it is (infinity is high quality company and usually lists rms) than yes you can. Just be sure to keep the gain on the amp down to about a half. You would do better to look for a 500 watt rms subwoofer though. It probably wont cost you that much more and you'll get the most out of your infinity amp and you wont have to worry about blowing your sub as much.

A freind of mine is in jail in Tulsa, OK based on charges brought by a disgruntled former spouse. What to do with my Boxwoods?

Last summer i transplanted several boxwood's. most of them look like they were shocked and had turned dry and brown. decided to leave them alone over the winter but now that spring is approaching, i would like them to regain some of their 'green-ness'. I have depression and extremely low self-esteem, also bipolar/borderline/complex ptsd. I know that my thinking is twisted much of the time. To help with my initial symptoms I turned to alcohol. Needless to say I am an alcoholic.(Sober at the moment). I realise that I have built up numerous psychological defenses to deal with my emotions and to have a sense of `self` even though it is not a good one. NB: I was already diagnosed with depression/panic before I abused alcohol. I went to GROW (12 step mental health group) they told me I was sick because I hadn't been baptised. Needless to say that I went completely psychotic for nearly a year. It resulted in me losing trust in religion. After that I began to drink. Now I am always told to go to AA, which I have done - I already hate myself, they say that I am not mentally ill, just alcoholic, incapable of honesty, full of defects of character, arrogant, selfish, self-pitying etc. I recognise that I can be all of those things, but try to be honest as best I can. They say I have a disease, then blame me for it. There are reasons I am the way I am, they don't know my childhood. I feel judged by AA. So has anyone else been through this? I am frightened of going psychotic again. In AA's words, `that I am constitutionally incapable of being honest, I was born this way unfortunate'

I think that when you work retail and the stores closes at a certain hour, it only means that no more customers can come in after that time. However, the ones already in can finish their business and leave when done. I think if you have the correct mind set and are attentive to your customers, you know that this will make you work later and you just accept that as part of the job. Your job is not from 8 to 6 for example but a little before 8 - if you are a good employee - to when the last customer has gone and you are ready to lock up the store.

My man (28yrs old, never married, and has been in the navy for 10yrs) and I have been together since May 15, 2009 and we have been talking about our future together a lot. Graduating to the Pregnancy section!! Got my BFP!!!?

Hi ladies. Just wanted to say I got my BFP last night using Clear Blue Easy Digital. I totally didn't expect to get a positive since coming off the pill my cycles were very messed up. I was afraid something was wrong with me. After 7 months my cycles finally started getting back to normal. Last month was our first month to use OPKs and we BD'd two days before my positive OPK, twice the day of the positive OPK and again the day after. I tested at 14DPO in the evening of all things, not with FMU. I confirmed this morning with my doctor. I'm 4 weeks!! *~Baby Dust~* to all of you and keep your head up. My husband's doctor said he had a very low sperm count, high morphology rate and low motility, but we got pregnant pretty much the first month we really tried. Dog Is Sick. Help!?

he has to have a lot of time and really small quanities of the new food to get use to it. this happened with my husky when i put him on purina dry a few yrs ago, he was pooping everywhere and vomiting because of the change. u have to intoduce him by adding just a tiny bit to his regular food daily until the switch is gradually made within a month or so. for now u can give him a tsp of pepto bismal or kaeopecdade every 3 or 4 hours for a day or so and give him lots of fresh water or some kind of sports drink like gatorade to get fluids and help his stomach settle down.lay off the new food for a few days then just add about a 1/4 cup or less to his food to see if he can tolerate the change. he might not and like my husky i just got rid of the purina and he gets canned wet meat,ole roy dry or kibbles an bits and also i feed him what we eat at meal times. he is almost 8 yrs old and a big ole mooch but he is pretty healthy at 105 lbs. good luck
